The current directive [after 29th October] is that we can operate without density limits up to 25 people per salon.
With the lifting of the lockdown measures and always being quite heavily booked in advance . . . we will do everything we can to accommodate your booking as fast as we can.
As our regular clients will understand, this will severely restrict our salon’s ability to service clients when they would wish.
Please be patient as we undertake this extremely big task to coordinate our bookings and staff over the two salons.
For clients who kindly emailed us previously to request a booking [wait list] . . . we are sorry for not getting back to you sooner.
Should we have inadvertently missed getting back to you, or you missed our reply for what ever reason . . . then please call us immediately to have your next booking rectified.
To Make A Booking
* Use our ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM . . . which is now open and in operation
* Call your favourite salon to make a booking
Walk-in clients without a booking will not be permitted.
For all bookings, clients will receive the usual text message confirmation, the day before their appointment.
At present the earliest available dates are for:
Female clients - mid/end November [depending on your choice of stylist]
Male clients to be serviced by stylist Juan – usually next day
It will be our privilege to serve Canberra again and we can’t wait to see you.

When you arrive at the salon, please wait at reception and your stylist will come and greet you at your appointment time.
We are requesting booked client’s to cancel/reschedule your appointment if you:
· have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
· are awaiting COVID-19 test results or have had a positive result
· have visited a registered exposure site location https://www.covid19.act.gov.au/updates/act-covid-19-exposure-locations
· are feeling unwell
· should be self-isolating for any reason
For entry to the salon we require you to:
· wear a mask at all times during your appointment
· check in using our QR code located on entry or at the front desk
· attend your appointment alone due to the ACT Health directives limiting the number of clients in the salon [do not bring any guests including children to your appointment]
· follow all ACT Health guidelines
